Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure. All information you provide while using the platform must be accurate and truthful — registering with false details is considered a serious breach of these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Setting Up Your Account Securely
Registration Process
To open an account on appbajiok, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, a valid mobile number, and your correct date of birth. Each individual may only hold one account — creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be terminated upon detection. It is your responsibility to notify our support team promptly if any of the information provided at registration changes. appbajiok may request valid ID or other supporting documents at any time for account verification purposes, and failure to provide them may result in restrictions being placed on your account.
Password & Account Security
Keeping your account login credentials strictly confidential is entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend never sharing your password with anyone, using a strong password, and changing it regularly. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorized by you or not — will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password. appbajiok will never ask for your password via email or SMS — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Your Responsibilities
All users must maintain honesty, responsibility, and fair conduct while using the appbajiok platform. You are fully responsible for every bet and transaction made through your account. Users are required to follow platform rules, treat other users with respect, and communicate with the support team in a courteous manner. Compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh is each user's own responsibility — this platform does not support or facilitate any unlawful activity.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses or other benefits.
- Attempting to cheat or manipulate the platform's software, algorithms, or systems through any technical means.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or engaging in any hacking activity.
- Conducting transactions using another person's identity or falsified information.
- Using any malicious software or bots intended to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
Payment & Transaction Policy — What You Need to Know
Deposit Policy
Appbajiok accepts deposits in BDT via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount will be displayed on the platform and is subject to change. Only deposits made from a payment method registered in your own name are permitted. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
Withdrawal Policy
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may take 3–5 business days to process, though most are completed sooner. Withdrawals are generally returned via the same method used for the original deposit. appbajiok processes all transactions in BDT, and any applicable conversion fees will be communicated in advance.
Important Transaction Terms
Transactions are generally final once completed and cannot be cancelled or reversed, so please verify all details carefully before proceeding. If you experience any issue with a transaction, report it to our support team within 72 hours. appbajiok reserves the right to correct any erroneous transactions caused by technical faults. If a suspicious transaction is identified, appbajiok may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Bonuses and promotional offers are each subject to their own specific terms, which will be published separately.
Important: Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is a legal obligation for appbajiok. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Appbajiok is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform. appbajiok is not obligated to provide compensation for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or any other reason. appbajiok bears no responsibility for any losses resulting from third-party services or links. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, text, and graphics on the appbajiok platform are the exclusive intellectual property of appbajiok. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform constitutes a violation of intellectual property law. Users may access the platform solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Understanding the Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Grounds for Account Suspension
Appbajiok reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances. If unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. Failure to verify identity, submission of fraudulent documents, or evidence of multiple account operation will result in suspension. If a user attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair profits, the account will be suspended immediately and all related transactions will be voided. Users with suspended accounts may submit an appeal through the support team, and appbajiok will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
Permanent Account Closure
Appbajiok reserves the right to permanently close any account found to be in serious violation of these terms, or involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. Balances in permanently closed accounts are generally forfeited; however, if an investigation finds no wrongdoing on the user's part, any remaining balance will be returned. Under its responsible gaming policy, appbajiok also allows users to voluntarily close their own accounts upon request. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team and withdraw any outstanding balance beforehand.
Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links & Services
Appbajiok may use third-party services or payment gateways in certain areas of the platform. These third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to users independently. appbajiok is not directly responsible for the quality, security, or availability of any third-party service. Users are advised to review the relevant terms of any third-party service before using it.
Right to Amend Terms
Appbajiok reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the platform or through their registered contact details. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between appbajiok and a user will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may seek adjudication through a competent court in Bangladesh. appbajiok is committed to treating its users fairly and transparently, and takes all complaints seriously. Should any provision of these terms be deemed unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
